Product Description

Titanium Dioxide

1.Rutile titanium dioxide (R type, main product in coatings/plastics/inks)

This product is a coated modified rutile titanium dioxide with a TiO2 content of ≥94%. It has high whiteness, excellent hiding power, UV resistance, weather resistance and anti-aging properties, strong acid and alkali stability, good powder dispersion and no agglomeration. It is suitable for outdoor coatings, plastic masterbatches, rubber and industrial inks. It is long-lasting and does not easily yellow. It is packaged in 25kg woven bags, meets national standards, and is available in bulk.

2.Anatase titanium dioxide (Type A, basic material for interior wall/paper/daily chemical industries)

Anatase titanium dioxide, with TiO2≥98%, has a clean blue-white base color, good tinting strength, uniform particle size, and easy dispersion. It offers excellent value for money, but is not resistant to outdoor exposure. It is primarily used in interior wall latex paints, coated paper, ceramic enamel, and ordinary soap detergents. It meets heavy metal standards and is suitable for low- to mid-range pigment filling applications.

3.Titanium dioxide specifically for daily chemical cleaning (laundry detergent/soap/toothpaste)

Specially coated modified titanium dioxide is low in heavy metals, non-toxic and non-irritating, and has a strong alkali resistant formula. It disperses stably and does not precipitate in detergent systems. It provides strong milky white and light-blocking properties, covers yellowing of raw materials, and optimizes the firmness and foam texture of soap. It can be used in laundry detergent, hand soap, toothpaste, and personal care raw materials, and meets the safety standards for daily chemical raw materials.

1. Rutile titanium dioxide with silica-alumina coating has superior hiding and tinting strength, bringing bright white color and great covering effect for various pigment products.

1. Anatase titanium dioxide boasts high whiteness and nice blue undertone with favorable cost performance, much cheaper than rutile grade for ordinary industrial production.
2. It has poor weather resistance and tends to chalk and yellow under long sunlight exposure, so it cannot be used for outdoor paints and outdoor plastic products.
3. Featuring fine particle size and excellent dispersibility, the powder mixes evenly with raw materials and rarely agglomerates during stirring and processing.
4. It keeps stable under weak acid and weak alkali at normal temperature and matches the production formula of interior latex paint and coated art paper perfectly.
5. With good opacifying capacity, it works as whitening material for daily detergents, ceramic enamel and common printing ink for stationery supplies.
6. Most are made by sulfuric acid process with competitive price, widely used as economical white filler for medium and low-end pigment industries.

1. Coatings
